We are looking for a talented and motivated PHY Software Engineer to join our team within our central Bristol office.

The role will involve active participation in the design, development and validation of all G Physical Layer Radio Access Network technologies. \n What you’ll do: Take an active role in the full development life cycle of PHY features, from initial design through to integration in an end-to-end system Implement product features in C++, using all your skills to produce highly efficient solutions Create and implement test plans to validate functional and compute performance (within our continuous integration environment) Drive the system integration of new features, working with teams in UK, Israel, and India Work within a well-equipped laboratory with state-of-the-art test tools – RF equipment, UE emulators, commercial UEs What you must have: Strong C and/or C++ skills Experience of real-time embedded software in the Linux environment Knowledge of 4G or 5G Physical Layer Experience with working in an integration/lab type environment Python experience and advantage Knowledge of Matlab/Octave an advantage
