Parallel Resource is seeking a highly qualified Document Controller with demonstrated expertise in overseeing and maintaining document control procedures. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in document control, advanced proficiency with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), and exceptional communication and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update project documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure precise filing, retrieval, and distribution of documents across project teams.
- Oversee document workflows and approvals within EDMS platforms.
- Serve as the primary contact for EDMS-related inquiries.
- Configure and administer document control settings within relevant systems.
- Train and mentor new team members on document control procedures and EDMS usage.
- Provide ongoing support to project teams regarding document management best practices.
- Verify that all documentation adheres to regulatory and project-specific requirements.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams, contractors, and clients to facilitate efficient document flow.
- Assist project managers by providing reporting and updates on document status.
- Operate across multiple platforms and systems to maintain data consistency.
- Confirm that all project information is accurately captured and consolidated ensuring a single source of approval for documentation.
