Flexibility is a real thing and not just a buzz word. The owners understand people have commitments outside of work; and they've taken every step possible to accommodate this. This isn't a flexible working policy where people still feel tied to their desks; the owners encourage people to make work fit around their home lives. Whether that's family, hobbies, missing rush hour traffic or simply having an extra hour in bed before getting up in the morning, that's fine with them.

A career path that is shaped around you. Everyone wants the best of all worlds and here you can. If you're ambitious and looking for progression there's bags of it here. But equally if you're more focused on being happy, doing a good job and having a manager that understands that to some people we work to live and not the other way around - you'll find that here.

The working environment described in 3 words: Supportive, Friendly, Relaxed.

What you'll be doing day to day: Working in a close-knit team of three you will support each other to manage the weekly and monthly payroll for a number of the firm's clients. The role is busy, varied and interesting; you'll get to know your clients well and build strong relationships as you settle into the role. From calculating pay to handling queries on auto enrolment it's a great position for anyone that likes what they do but want a better environment to do it in.

What experience you will need: Anyone applying must have previous experience in payroll ideally at a firm of accountants or payroll bureau, although industry payrollers will also be considered.
