Role Description
Parallel Parliament is hiring its first Sales & Marketing Lead to build the company's commercial function from the ground up. This is a hands-on, founding role suited to someone who thrives in early-stage environments and wants to design, test, and scale sales and marketing activity rather than inherit an existing system. You will own the full sales cycle, develop outbound and inbound campaigns, and establish the foundations for a future sales and marketing team. The role is fully remote, with occasional travel required for conferences and industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from inbound interest through to close
- Design and execute outbound sales and marketing campaigns
- Develop messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Build and manage a sales pipeline and CRM processes
- Represent Parallel Parliament at conferences and industry events
- Lay the foundations for a scalable commercial team as the company grows
About You
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles (startup experience a plus)

Remuneration
Β£40β60k base (DOE) + uncapped commission. Meaningful equity available for the right candidate as the role develops.
