We run a Leeds-based B2B sales business, grown to over 60 people in under 3 years. Our entire model is built around cold calling done properly, not scripts read badly, not volume for the sake of it, and not churning staff every few months. We're growing quickly and hiring around 12 Sales Development Representatives across multiple client campaigns. If you're good on the phone, or think you could be with the right training, this will be one of the better sales roles you'll see.

The Sales Development Representative role
- Cold calling UK businesses.
- Speaking to managers, directors, founders, and CEOs.
- Booking qualified sales meetings (you don't close).

Experience
- Ideally 6-12 months on the phone.
- No experience is fine if you're sharp, confident, and coachable.

Pay & Bonus (Straight Up)
- £23k - £28k basic (DOE).
- Uncapped monthly bonus.
- Paid per sat meeting £20 to £85 each.
- Good performers earn £32k+ in year one.
- Overtime available if you want it.
- You get paid for sat meetings, not sales.
