Parallel Employment Group is partnering with a manufacturer in Lancaster, NY, looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Pay Rate: $29.00 to $32.00
Shift: 1st shift
What You’ll Do:
- Inspect interior and exterior areas of the facility and perform maintenance as needed.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on all production equipment.
- Perform electrical and mechanical installations and maintenance within the campus; coordinate with outside contractors as needed.
- Support manufacturing teams by repairing and upgrading production equipment.
- Assist with maintenance tasks beyond electrical work when necessary.
- Maintain and help manage spare parts inventory.
- Report quality or safety issues and communicate effectively with supervisors and the maintenance team.
- Uphold company standards of professionalism and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with Sealing Devices Quality System guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s degree in Electrical-Mechanical Systems Maintenance or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
- Experience running conduit and wiring machines or facility systems.
- CNC machine repair experience.
- Skilled with diagnostic and craft tools (e.g., multimeters, conduit benders).
