This is a unique opportunity to join our established contract division, working across a portfolio of existing client accounts and active contractors within the Technology market. You’ll play a key role in delivering mid-to-senior level contract talent solutions across Europe, while building strong relationships with both clients and contractors to ensure a high-quality experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the relationship and delivery side of recruitment, with a focus on account growth, contractor care and long-term partnerships.
- Manage and support a portfolio of active contractors and client accounts
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow existing client relationships
- Act as a key point of contact for both clients and contractors throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing and screening through to placement
- Oversee contractor care including timesheets, payments and general queries
Previous experience in recruitment delivery / account management or contractor management
Experience working contract recruitment desks
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
