Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support, optimisation, and security management for AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) environments, including cluster lifecycle operations.
- Design, implement, and maintain Azure networking components such as virtual networks, subnet structures, firewalls, network security groups, routing configurations, and private endpoints.
- Develop automation solutions for infrastructure and operational processes using PowerShell.
- Work with infrastructure-as-code practices, with strong exposure to Terraform for provisioning and configuration.
- Maintain platform reliability, security, and observability through effective monitoring and operational controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning platform engineering, infrastructure, and application delivery.
- Support daily operational activities, including incident response, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
- Produce and maintain comprehensive operational documentation, including runbooks and support procedures.
