Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Litigation Paralegal to work closely with the Partner and support a busy boutique law firm.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing litigation matters from inception through to trial, ensuring files are maintained efficiently and deadlines are met.
Responsibilities will include

\n\t • Organising and managing litigation files and case documentation.
- \n\t
- Assisting with costs budgeting and costs management procedures.
- \n\t
- Preparing, compiling, and maintaining trial bundles.
- \n\t
- Conducting document reviews and disclosure exercises.
- \n\t
- Managing document storage, organisation, and retrieval systems.
- \n\t
- Assisting with court filings and procedural requirements.
- \n\t
- Supporting case preparation and ongoing litigation strategy.
- \n\t
- Providing general administrative and operational support to the litigation team.
- \n\t
- Liaising with clients, counsel, courts, and other stakeholders as required.
- \n\n\n
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and previous experience within a litigation environment.
Must have familiarity with EDRM and e Discovery tools (specifically Relativity and/or Sightline).

The role is office based in central London, available immediately and due to last approximately 3 months.
\n\n
Greek language proficiency and defamation expertise is a bonus but not essential for the role.
