Role Description

The Marketing & Content Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Norwich.

This role oversees planning, creating, and managing content across print, digital, and social channels for Paragraph Publishing’s brands.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing content strategies, coordinating editorial calendars, writing and editing articles and marketing copy, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

The position manages digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and website promotions, monitors performance analytics, and adjusts strategies to increase audience engagement and event participation.

The role also involves collaborating with editorial, events, and commercial teams to support awards programs, live events, sponsorships, and partner campaigns.

Qualifications
