About The Role

Are you a compassionate and proactive Support Worker / Personal Assistant looking for a rewarding, community‑focused role? Join Paragon Home Healthcare and support a client living with a spinal cord injury (SCI). It is a great opportunity for someone with a positive, can‑do attitude who enjoys motivating others and building meaningful working relationships. Full training is provided, with ongoing support from an experienced clinical and care team.

About The Client

Our client is a friendly and independent gentleman who has lived and worked internationally, with a long background as a hair stylist. He enjoys social interaction and previously led an active lifestyle, including sports and being outdoors. After his injury he is keen to rebuild structure in his life, get out more, and regain a sense of normality. He is as self‑sufficient as possible and benefits most from someone who can encourage, support, and motivate rather than take over. He particularly enjoys walks and day trips, and values a calm, respectful, and capable approach from those supporting him.
