  • Supporting business development activities and contributing to the growth of the Paragon Practice

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in search or technology recruitment in-house or agency
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial awareness and sound judgement
  • A track record of delivering senior-level searches or complex hiring mandates
  • High levels of organisation, accountability, and attention to detail
  • The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
  • Genuine interest in technology and evolving market trends

Why Join Riviera Partners: The Paragon Practice operates in a collaborative, high-performance environment where quality, relationships, and execution are valued. You will work with some of the most ambitious technology companies in the market, partnering directly with founders and investors on leadership hires that shape the future of their businesses.
