Role Overview
Paragon Traffic Management is growing fast.
We are expanding our Projects Department and need Project Managers and Coordinators to keep clients happy, projects moving, and the department from spontaneous combustion.
- What You’ll Do
- Take charge of key commercial and local authority accounts.
- Handle escalations calmly and professionally.
- Deliver clear communication and occasionally perform peacekeeping.
- Detail Detective Work
- Oversee planning, permits, resourcing, and compliance.
- Ensure alignment with NRSWA, Chapter 8, and all relevant legislation.
- Monitor KPIs with dedication and precision.
- Relationship Sorcery
- Build trust with clients, internal teams, and local authorities.
- Collaborate with directors on performance and strategic decisions.
- Support Project Coordinators, Assistants, and Permits teams.
