What You’ll Be Doing (and why it matters)

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain temporary traffic systems, including traffic lights, diversions, closures, and pedestrian routes — ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.
  • Work independently or with a team, depending on the job. This is a role for self‑starters who enjoy variety and responsibility.
  • Manually operate traffic lights and guide pedestrians, putting you at the heart of public safety.
  • Lead by example in safety, professionalism, and quality — helping maintain the reputation we’re proud of.

Ideal Skills & Attributes

  • Traffic management experience
  • M1 and M2. M5 would also be great
  • Strong problem‑solving and organisational abilities

  • Confident and clear communicator
  • Full UK driving licence required with 6 or less points
