They are a family owned food manufacturing business based in Leeds that supply fresh/chilled products to retail and food to go sectors. This is a fast-paced, exciting, and dynamic environment to work in.

You will be responsible for:

  • Planned maintenance and reactive repairs across a wide range of food production equipment
  • Contributing to new projects
  • Working with electrical and mechanical equipment throughout the business
  • Fault finding, inspection and repairs to our machinery when necessary
  • Ensuring a competent and professional approach with a high level of internal customer service

The successful candidate will:

  • Be genuinely multi-skilled and have had exposure to a wide range of machinery
  • Have at least 2 years post-apprenticeship experience
  • Ideally have worked within a food manufacturing environment
  • Have experience of working with safety circuits and fault finding (essential)
  • Have recognised electrical/mechanical qualifications

Contract of 40 hours with half hour unpaid break.

Option 1: Monday - Friday

  • Week 1 - 06:00-14:30
  • Week 2 - 14:00-22:30

Option 2: Panama Days shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £47,000.00 - £50,000 per year dependant on shift pattern
