Assistant Food and Beverage Manager Needed for a 5-Star Lifestyle Hotel - near Manchester. We are thrilled to partner with our amazing client, a 5-star lifestyle hotel near Manchester who are in search of an experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join their management team and help lead F&B. This function will predominantly be focused on the Restaurant, terrace garden and events. This property can cater for up to 120 covers for the restaurant and terrace, this role requires a true F&B operator who can lead from the line as a true people leader.
