About the Role: Paragon Talent is a specialist executive search firm working exclusively across the global Flavour, Fragrance & Ingredients markets. We launched at the beginning of 2025 with the aim of building something genuinely specialist: a recruitment business known for understanding its markets properly, representing people well and delivering searches with a level of quality, transparency and care that clients remember. We work with manufacturers, ingredient businesses, flavour and fragrance houses and distributors across the US, UK and Europe, supporting senior appointments across Commercial, Technical, Operations, Supply Chain and Leadership. Our work ranges from senior commercial and technical hires through to retained Director, VP and C-Suite searches, and weve built relationships with some of the most recognised businesses in our sectors. Were now looking for another experienced recruitment professional to join us and become an important part of the next stage of Paragon Talent. Were still a young business, which also means the opportunity goes much further than billing. We offer a competitive salary based on experience, alongside a commission structure paying up to 50%. For somebody capable of building a strong desk, there is very little ceiling on what can be earned. Were looking for somebody with the right attitude, commercial ability and drive to build something. Youll need experience within recruitment, executive search or senior-level recruitment and a track record that shows you can develop relationships, manage searches properly and deliver. Experience within Flavours, Fragrances, Food & Beverage Ingredients, Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceutical Ingredients or adjacent markets would obviously be valuable, but it isnt essential. We favour retained and exclusive search, proper market mapping and long-term client relationships. We invest heavily in understanding our markets through international travel, industry events, client meetings and face-to-face relationships.
