We're a communications agency working with innovative clients in digital assets, fintech, legal services, and emerging markets. Our work spans media relations, thought leadership, investor communications, and strategic counsel for brands that operate across borders and sectors.

We're looking for a senior hire at Account Director level who can take ownership of key accounts. The clients you'd be working on include a fintech company with global ambitions, a private equity firm, a savings platform preparing for a significant next phase, a US/UK law firm, and a medical technology business. The work is substantive, the clients are serious, and the briefs are genuinely varied.

You'll be expected to lead day-to-day on your accounts, build direct relationships with senior client contacts, and contribute ideas that move the work forward. We're a mid-sized agency where everyone is close to the work.

Key responsibilities
  • Leading and managing a portfolio of client accounts at senior level, serving as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders
  • Developing and executing PR and communications strategies across media relations, thought leadership, and investor communications
  • Researching and drafting pitches, press releases, op-eds, and feature stories
  • Managing the full media interview process from arrangement through to delivery
  • Overseeing media monitoring and coverage reporting for clients
  • Drafting agendas, actions, and notes for client calls
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members on their accounts
What we're looking for
  • Four or more years of experience in a PR or communications role, with at least two at Account Director level or equivalent
  • A track record of managing multiple client accounts and senior client relationships
  • Strong writing and editorial judgment
  • An existing network of relevant media contacts across financial services, technology, or professional services
  • Strong attention to detail, including spelling, grammar, and proofreading
  • Experience in fintech PR, legal PR, or private wealth communications would be an advantage, though not a requirement

If you're looking for a move that gives you more ownership and a bit more interest in the work, we'd like to hear from you.
