The Role
We are currently looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers who share our core values of patience, respect, compassion, understanding, and adaptability. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting young people in their day-to-day lives, helping them feel safe, valued, and empowered.
Responsibilities
Your role will include:
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the young person at all times
- Building meaningful emotional engagement and positive relationships
- Assisting the young person with personal care where required
- Planning and participating in activities and outings
- Transporting the young person to meetings, school, and appointments
- Preparing meals for the young person
- Maintaining cleanliness and order within the home environment
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
- Have full Right to Work in the UK
- Be willing to travel for work
- Be able to obtain and maintain a clean DBS check
