Paragon Social Care is recruiting a Registered Manager to lead a brand-new children's residential home in Crook, County Durham.

You will establish a high-quality, therapeutic service from the ground up, ensuring outstanding care and safeguarding for children with EBD, SEMH, trauma, and complex needs.

You will provide inspirational leadership, develop a skilled team, maintain Ofsted compliance, and embed trauma-informed practice, PBS, and PACE.
