As a Children’s Support Worker, you’ll:

  • Provide trauma-informed care to keep young people safe and supported
  • Support education, prepare meals, and accompany children to appointments
  • Drive young people to activities or appointments using your own vehicle
  • Help them move forward with confidence and hope

Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary) is required.

âś” Full UK driving licence and access to a car

âś” Flexibility for varied shifts (including weekends, sleep-ins, and waking nights)

âś” A clear enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one)

NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care or equivalent is desirable but not essential — full training provided.

Competitive pay: £17.50 – £28.00 per hour (depending on shift type)

Comprehensive training: 21 online modules + in-person courses in safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and positive behaviour support, PACE training too!
