Supporting Young Lives Through Understanding and Care. At Paragon Social Care, we provide round-the-clock support to children and young people in local authority care, particularly during times of crisis, transition, and uncertainty. We are currently recruiting Children's Support Workers across Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire to join our growing team.

You will work as part of a supportive team delivering trauma-informed care within residential settings and community-based support packages.
