An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager, Children's Home Manager, or Residential Childcare Manager to lead a newly opened, purpose-built Children's Residential Home in Crook, County Durham. This is a unique opportunity to establish and develop a high-quality, therapeutic residential service from the ground up, supporting a young person with complex emotional, behavioural, and trauma-related needs. You will play a pivotal role in creating a safe, nurturing, and aspirational environment where young people can thrive and achieve positive outcomes.

About the Service

Our vision is simple: Excellence Through Understanding. We provide specialist residential childcare services for children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), trauma backgrounds, attachment difficulties, and complex care requirements. Using trauma-informed practice, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), therapeutic parenting principles, and the PACE approach, we create environments that promote stability, resilience, emotional wellbeing, and long-term success.
