What You’ll Be Doing
No two shifts are ever the same — and that’s what makes this role so rewarding. As a Children’s Support Worker, you will:
- Deliver trauma-informed care to ensure young people feel safe and supported

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for individuals who bring heart, strength, and commitment:
- Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience
- Flexibility to work varied shifts (including weekends, sleep-ins, and waking nights)
- An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- A relevant qualification (such as NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care or equivalent) is desirable — but not essential. We provide full training to help you succeed.
