Position
Location: Remote with occasional travel required to conduct learner observations
Salary: Up to £30,000 plus our going for gold bonus of up to £4000

As a Tutor/Assessor, you will...
- Carry out regular online and workplace assessments for Apprenticeship or standalone Diploma learners.
- Ensure the correct completion of all assessment paperwork.
- Provide quality feedback to learners in a timely manner.
- Manage your own diary to ensure maximum assessment opportunity.
- Carry out learner progress reviews with learners and their employer.
- Support and prepare learners for their dental tests.
- Promote and comply with all current and future equal opportunities, health and safety, and safeguarding legislative requirements.
Requirements
What qualifications we need from you...
- Minimum Level 3 Assessor Qualification (CAVA, TAQA, A1, V1, D32/D33).
- Minimum Level 3 Training Qualification (AET, PTTLS, or equivalent would be advantageous).
Our ideal candidate will have...
- Experience in assessing Dental Apprenticeships or Diplomas.
- Experience in teaching/delivering national diploma or advanced apprenticeships.
- Experienced Dental Nurse.
- Ability to plan work effectively and meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively both in person and remotely with learners, clients, and employers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider remote-based team.
- IT literate - with effective use of MS Office.
- Flexible approach and ability to work remotely and travel when required to meet the needs of the learner and business.
