Position: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Remote or office based in Totteridge & Whetstone
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 plus commission
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source qualified candidates through social media, Indeed, and our internal talent pool
- Develop strong relationships with dental practices to understand their needs
- Assess candidates' skills and experience to ensure a perfect fit for each role
- Craft compelling job descriptions and manage advertisements on Indeed and social media
- Arrange and follow up on interviews with both candidates and practice managers
- Assist with successful placements and candidate onboarding
Requirements:
- Proven experience in 360 recruitment (dental experience a plus, but not essential)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- A self‑motivated and target‑driven individual with a "can‑do" attitude
- Proficiency in using social media platforms such as LinkedIn and recruitment software (e.g., Indeed)
- Knowledge of dental industry requirements would be beneficial
- Able to manage own resources and time effectively to make an impact in your role
- Flexible and willing to work on multiple vacancies simultaneously
