Position: Recruitment Consultant

Location: Remote or office based in Totteridge & Whetstone

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 plus commission

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source qualified candidates through social media, Indeed, and our internal talent pool
  • Develop strong relationships with dental practices to understand their needs
  • Assess candidates' skills and experience to ensure a perfect fit for each role
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and manage advertisements on Indeed and social media
  • Arrange and follow up on interviews with both candidates and practice managers
  • Assist with successful placements and candidate onboarding

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in 360 recruitment (dental experience a plus, but not essential)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • A self‑motivated and target‑driven individual with a "can‑do" attitude
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms such as LinkedIn and recruitment software (e.g., Indeed)
  • Knowledge of dental industry requirements would be beneficial
  • Able to manage own resources and time effectively to make an impact in your role
  • Flexible and willing to work on multiple vacancies simultaneously
