If you are an experienced HSC professional with knowledge of apprenticeships and have the energy and commitment to inspire success and deliver exceptional teaching and learning, then we want to hear from you! Position Position: Personal Tutor (Remote, with in-person observations in Somerset) Salary: Up to ÂŁ30,000 + performance-related bonuses Hours: 36.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday) As a Personal Tutor, you\’ll manage a caseload of learners, provide progressive visits and observations, and support their success in achieving HSC Level 2 and 3 qualifications. You’ll work with a sophisticated LMS system to monitor progress and collaborate with our Learning Support team. Key Responsibilities: Deliver innovative, impactful teaching and learning Motivate learners to achieve their work-based qualifications Manage a diverse caseload of learners across HSC levels 4/5 Build strong relationships with learners and employers Provide valuable feedback to enhance learner development Requirements The ideal candidate will have: Level 3 qualification within the Health & Social Care sector. Proven experience in delivering outstanding teaching and learning . Experience in managing a diverse caseload of learners. A solid understanding of End-Point Assessment (EPA) . Access to a car and the ability to travel for in-person learner observations, 1:1s, and team meetings.
