Position:
Location: Remote-based with occasional learner observations in the Northeast
Salary: Up to £30,000 (Level 2/3 delivery HSC) plus achiever bonuses
Our people are at the heart of everything we do. Due to further growth, we are expanding our team of HSC professionals and are looking to recruit energised, engaging, and experienced Personal Tutors to provide an outstanding experience for learners undertaking their Health and Social Care 2 and 3 qualifications.
As a PT, you will support a caseload of learners with visits, observations, and outstanding teaching and learning to enhance their knowledge through our Elevate programme. You will use our LMS system BUD to monitor progress and collaborate with Learning Support for learners needing Functional Skills or Additional Learning Support.

Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 Assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA, D32, A1, V1)
- Teaching qualification (AET, PTTLS) desirable
- Level 3 qualifications in Health & Social Care
- Experience of outstanding teaching and managing a diverse caseload
- Knowledge of EPA
- Occupational competency in Health and Social Care
- Access to a car for in-person observations and meetings
