Position:

Location: Remote-based with learner observations in Cheshire/Northwest

Hours: 36.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday) or Part-time hours considered.

Salary: up to £32,000 per annum plus bonus

Responsibilities

  • Motivate and encourage learners to progress and achieve their Early Years qualifications through outstanding teaching and learning
  • Retain learners and employers by delivering consistent great levels of service in line with our core values in order to shape your tomorrow, today
  • Support the learning process through use of accessible learning resources, Elevate workshops and facilitating workplace on the job training as required
  • Plan engaging, interactive and inspiring teaching and learning sessions through a variety of methods, ensuring active learning is present and recorded
  • Provide impactful and constructive feedback where required, ensuring all documentation is completely accurately and in timely manner

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications and experience:

  • Assessor Qualification: Minimum Level 3 Assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA, D32, A1, V1)
  • Qualifications in Early Years/Childcare
  • Occupational Competency: Extensive experience within the Early Years sector
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning
  • Familiarity with End-Point Assessments (EPA)
  • Ability to manage own caseload
  • Access to a car and able to travel to conduct learner observations
