At Paragon Skills, demand for our Health & Social Care programmes continues to grow, and we're looking for a Personal Tutor to support learners across the West Midlands studying towards their Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications. With more learners and employer partners joining our programmes across the region, we're growing our Personal Tutor team to meet increasing demand and maintain the high levels of support and learner experience we're known for.
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum, plus performance-related bonuses of up to £5,000 per year
Location: Home-based with travel across the West Midlands for learner observations, employer visits, team meetings and 1:1s.
You’ll typically support learners across Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Walsall, Dudley, Solihull and surrounding locations within a two-hour travel radius of your home address.
