Position Location: Remote based with occasional travel for meetings

Hours: 36.5 hours (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for an experienced People Superstar to join our growing, award-winning team at Knovia as People Business Partner. You will support the continuous exceptional partnership to our managers and leaders across the Knovia group and all of the best-in-class companies within it. As an expert HR/People business partner, you will provide advice and guidance on all colleague and people areas to support a high-performance workforce and drive our continued success.

Exciting elements of this role include:

  • Being a trusted advisor, guiding and supporting our people and colleagues on all people-related matters, encouraging our colleagues to perform at their very best.
  • Providing data-driven insights and recommendations on workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership/colleague development.
  • Overseeing performance and capability management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations/recognition schemes for all colleagues.
  • Championing the wellbeing of colleagues and implementing initiatives to achieve a high-performing, positive workplace culture.
  • Driving organisational change initiatives, supporting leaders in effectively managing transitions related to organisational change and growth.
  • Analysing People metrics and trends to provide insights that inform business decisions to improve performance and business objectives.

Requirements What we need from you:

  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a Senior People/HR role such as manager or business partner role.
  • Extensive experience working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and driving initiatives that align with business strategy.
  • Confident in creating and maintaining effective relationships with internal colleagues and external partners.
  • Ability to deliver agreed targets and results in line with given deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to persuade, influence, and listen to others and provide support as required.
  • Confident to manage workload, time, and resources effectively without close supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and legislation and ability to share best practices with key stakeholders.
  • IT Literate and competent in MS Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Flexible with the ability to travel nationally and commit to potential overnight stays as required.
