Position: Client Engagement Executive

Location: Remote

Hours: Full-time (Monday-Friday - 09:00 - 17:30)

Salary: Up to £28,000 plus up to £2k commission incentives

In this role you will lead the development and maintenance of strong relationships with current key accounts and carry out innovative and impactful winning pitches to secure new business to further grow Tempdent. You will be a trusted partner to clients within the dental industry, identify and nurture key accounts, supporting them to maximise their apprenticeship and commercial offerings.

What will you be doing?

  • Be responsible for managing and nurturing key accounts, maintaining long term relationships, and maximising future sales opportunities
  • Engage with employers to promote apprenticeships and other commercial training opportunities
  • Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on‐boarding of new accounts
  • Communicate learning and development solutions in saleable propositions that encourage utilisation of our programmes
  • Use a consultative approach and act as a liaison and representative of Tempdent with select clients and key accounts
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure professional delivery of all programmes
  • Identify current and future capability gaps and deliver initiatives and innovate solutions to key accounts and new clients
  • Promote a learning culture for clients through workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and leadership capability development
  • Manage the volumes of funded learners on programme by occupational area and priority age group
  • Increase volumes of learners across portfolio of clients contributing towards overall targets
  • Provide information, advice, and guidance to all customers in order to enable them to make informed decisions to meet their goals
  • Adhere to all of Tempdent's policies & procedures
  • Adhere to GDPR legislation and data security policies and procedures

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in business development and account management
  • Experience working within a training and education organisation, ideally apprenticeships
  • Confident in pitching to and working with large multi-site clients for new business opportunities
  • Ability to effectively manage and nurture accounts
  • Self-confident, friendly, approachable, and able to represent Tempdent
  • Commercially aware and knowledge of further education sector
  • Energetic, positive and forward-thinking team player
  • High level of enthusiasm and a desire to make a difference and inspire success
  • IT literate including MS Office suite and bespoke CRM systems
  • Access to a car and able to travel nationally
  • Able to commit to overnight stays or flexible hours if required for the needs of the business or our clients

  • 20 days annual leave (increasing with length of service, plus 8 bank holidays)
