Position: Levy Partnership Manager
Salary: Up to £38,000 depending on experience
Hours: 38.75 hours a week (Monday – Friday)
Location: Remote
Tempdent are continuing to grow in the Dental sector. We are looking for a passionate, results-driven and experienced apprenticeship levy professional to join us.
As a Levy Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving apprenticeship growth by developing and managing strategic relationships with levy-paying employers within the Dental sector. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing levy partnerships, and providing expert guidance on apprenticeship funding and the Apprenticeship Levy. This role is pivotal in managing and growing our levy donor partnerships, ensuring smooth and compliant processes for learner funding, and supporting our mission to deliver high-quality apprenticeship experiences.
What will you be doing?
- Support employers in setting up DAS accounts and connections
- Manage multiple partnerships across levy donor accounts, acting as the primary point of contact
- Use Salesforce CRM to manage relationships and plan activities
- Adhere to GDPR legislation and all internal information and data security policies and procedures
- Oversee the end-to-end process of levy applications for learners and employers
- Capture and share employer testimonials with relevant levy donors
- Work with the compliance team to ensure all connections are fully compliant
- Stay informed on industry updates and compliance requirements related to levy sponsorship
- Conduct quarterly meetings with levy donors to monitor funding usage and address concerns
- Any other duties commensurate with the level of the post, which may be required from time to time
Requirements – What are we looking for?
- Experienced and confident working with multi-site customers and identifying new business opportunities
- Proven experience in apprenticeship and levy management
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a professional and detail-focused work ethic
- High level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Friendly, approachable, and able to represent the organisation professionally
- Demonstrable experience meeting targets and deadlines

- 20 days annual leave (increasing with length of service, plus 8 bank holidays)
