We have an exciting opportunity for a Learner Enrolment Specialist to join our award-winning team at Paragon Skills. In this learner-focused enrolment support role, you will deliver an outstanding enrolment and induction experience to our health and social care learners and employers, setting the foundation for their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Book learners and employers onto enrolment and induction days through a centralised diary
- Guide learners and employers through the enrolment process
- Conduct skills scans to identify learning needs
- Work nationally with stakeholders to ensure a consistent enrolment experience
- Deliver individual and group enrolment sessions
- Liaise with and book learners and employers onto enrolment sessions
- Provide information, advice, and guidance, and handle queries
- Carry out skills scans and recognise prior learning, making adjustments as needed
- Schedule learners onto group sessions for smooth enrolment
- Proven support experience through End Point Assessment
- Occupational competency in the Health & Social Care sector
- Minimum Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English
- Assessor or teaching qualification (AET, DET, Cert Ed, PGCE)
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload
- Knowledge of different learning styles and tailoring support accordingly
- Experience in enrolling and inducting learners effectively
