Position Location: Remote Hours: 36.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday) We have an exciting opportunity for an Enrolment Advisor to join our award-winning team at Paragon Skills. In this learner-focused enrolment support role, you will provide an outstanding enrolment experience to our Adult Care learners and employers, setting the scene for their future learning journey. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to get into training and has experience in adult care. For the right applicant, we\’re offering the opportunity to complete an Award in Education and Training (AET) qualification to further develop your career in apprenticeships. Key responsibilities: Complete enrolment meetings with learners and employers Guide the learner and employer through the enrolment process Carry out skills scans with learners to identify learning needs Adhere to GDPR regulations and all internal information and data security policies and procedures Please note: internally, this role will be known as an Enrolment Tutor. Requirements What we need from you: Experience of working in the Adult Care sector, preferably at management level Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Teams, Excel, and Outlook Knowledge of apprenticeships would be advantageous Relevant qualifications within the Adult Care sector (NVQ, Diploma, etc.) Minimum of Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English Other information We are proud to offer a suite of Paragon Choices, which are optional benefits including life assurance and income protection.
