We’re looking for a Lead Generation Executive to play a crucial role in driving our growth. You’ll be at the front line of our sales engine, identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and creating high-quality leads that power our success.
In this role you will generate and qualify employer opportunities within the dental sector through high-volume outbound sales activity. The role focuses on opening doors, delivering initial information, advice, and guidance on Tempdent services, and securing same-day or next-day appointments for Business Development Managers.
What you’ll do in this exciting new role:
- Deliver high-velocity outbound calls to lapsed data and unqualified leads
- Cold call new sites within dental groups and SMEs to create/discuss multi-site and single-site opportunities
- Carry out targeted outreach from campaign, event, and marketing data
- Use LinkedIn and social channels to support lead generation and engagement
- Provide clear information, advice and guidance on dental apprenticeships and recruitment services
- Identify and capture details of key decision makers, accurately updating the Salesforce CRM with contacts, activity, and possible new opportunities
- Book same-day or next-day meetings directly into BDM diaries
- Support regional managers by generating qualified pipeline opportunities
What we need from you:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, lead generation, or outbound contact roles
- Strong spoken and written English
- High level of customer service and professional communication
- Experience overcoming objections and influencing decision-makers
- Confident working to targets in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM software
