Early Years Personal Tutor – Manchester at Paragon Skills
Location: Remote-based with learner observations in Manchester
Hours: 36.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Salary: up to £32,000 per annum plus bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and encourage learners to progress and achieve Early Years qualifications through outstanding teaching and learning.
- Retain learners and employers by delivering consistent great levels of service in line with our core values.
- Support the learning process through accessible learning resources, Elevate workshops, and facilitation of workplace on-the-job training.
- Plan engaging, interactive, and inspiring teaching and learning sessions through a variety of methods, ensuring active learning is present and recorded.
- Provide impactful and constructive feedback, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
Qualifications and Experience
- Assessor Qualification: Minimum Level 3 (CAVA, TAQA, D32, A1, V1).
- Teaching Qualification: AET, PTTLS, CET, Cert Ed, PGCE, or equivalent.
- Qualifications in Early Years/Childcare: Level 5 or above.
- Occupational Competency: Extensive experience at a senior level within the Early Years sector.
- Teaching Experience: Proven track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
- EPA Knowledge: Familiarity with End-Point Assessments.
- Travel: Access to a car and ability to travel for observations, 1:1s, and meetings.
