Day to Day Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care to adults in a residential care home setting
- Supporting residents with personal care needs, including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Assisting with meals and hydration while promoting independence and dignity
- Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and reporting any changes to senior staff
- Following care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures at all times
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
