This role involves working with Babington to ensure regulatory adherence, conduct audits, and support risk management processes. Your role will include:

1. Monitoring Compliance: You’ll assist in tracking and ensuring that all internal policies and procedures comply with current regulations.
2. Documentation: Help prepare and review compliance reports, audit logs, and internal control documentation.
3. Risk Assessments: Participate in conducting risk assessments and maintaining records of findings.
4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with legal, finance, and operational teams to address compliance-related queries and support ongoing audits.
5. Adapting to Regulatory Changes: Continuously monitor and adapt to changes in regulations.
