Job Description
We are looking for individuals who are eager to join our family and have a genuine passion for early years and caring for children. We seek someone with excellent experience in caring for and teaching children from 2 years old, managing a key group of children. Creativity and a willingness to challenge oneself are highly valued. We want passionate and competent individuals who dedicate 100% effort to everything they do.
Your role will include:
- Planning and implementing activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children.
- Providing nutritious snacks and lunches.
- Ensuring adequate equipment and activities are available.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
- Developing weekly and monthly activity schedules.
- Creating culturally appropriate programs and activities.
- Introducing math and literacy concepts through activities.
- Establishing policies and procedures, including disciplinary policies.

Training details:
Our setting has an Ofsted Grade 2 (Good) rating and an achievement rate of 71.4%, above the national average of 65.6%. We adopt a blended learning approach, prioritizing our learners. Each learner is assigned a Personal Tutor for regular support through catch-ups, emails, and calls. Your employer will allocate 20% of your working hours to study, enabling you to achieve the highest possible grade. Upon completing this 12-month apprenticeship, you will earn an Early Years Practitioner – Level 2 qualification.
