Job Description
Day-Day Responsibilities:
- Support the daily care, learning, and development of children aged 0β5 in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Assist in planning and delivering fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities to support children\βs progress.
- Work alongside qualified staff to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Observe and contribute to assessments of children\βs development under supervision.
- Help with daily routines such as meal times, nappy changing, and hygiene procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised setting in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
- Engage in training and development activities as part of the apprenticeship programme.
- Follow all safeguarding, equality, and inclusion policies and procedures at all times.
