Early Years Educator Apprenticeship (Level 3) Paragon Skills is a leading national apprenticeship training provider supporting learners and organisations. We offer a full‑time Early Years Educator apprenticeship over 18 months.

About the Role

You will work with children aged 0‑8 years, supporting daily routines, activities, and development. The role includes creating a safe, stimulating environment, managing classroom behaviour, and engaging parents in progress updates.

Responsibilities

  • Stimulate emotional, intellectual, and social growth of children through tailored educational programmes and activities.
  • Maintain a safe, orderly, and clean environment, following legal recommendations and safeguarding policy.
  • Manage classroom behaviour using modelling techniques, encouraging self‑control.
  • Communicate progress updates to parents and keep records of development.
  • Ensure equipment operates properly, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and call for repairs.
  • Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
