Job Description

We have 2 settings located close to the centre of Bournemouth both on bus routes. We have been established for 20 years as Nursery providers and are looking to expand our team. We offer ongoing support with training, a uniform and a friendly dynamic environment. In return we ask for commitment, loyalty enthusiasm and a keenest to learn.

You will form a key part in the development of a child\’s early years. Role modelling and teaching skills to prepare them for life and School through play and focused activities. Working alongside trained professionals who encourage and guide you through the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).

It has an Ofsted Grade 2 Good rating and an overall achievement rate of 71.4%, exceeding the national average of 65.6%. Using a blended approach, learners are always at the forefront of our priorities. All learners are assigned a Personal Tutor who will be their main point of contact.

This involves regular catch‑ups, check‑in emails and calls. Your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely towards your study.

This will give you every chance to achieve the highest grade possible! On completion of this 12 month apprenticeship you will have gained Early Years Practitioner – Level 2.

Prospects

Possibility of a full time role after the completion of the apprenticeship.
