They are an Ofsted Grade 2 "Good" provider, offering high-quality apprenticeships, post-registration qualifications, CPD and Recruitment Services for aspiring and inspiring dental professionals remotely across the UK.

We’re now looking for an ambitious, consultative Business Development Manager to help us grow our impact and expand our apprenticeship partnerships across the dental sector.
Responsibilities- Identify and secure new dental business opportunities and apprenticeship starts
- Nurture long-term client relationships with SME practices and large corporate organisations
- Position Tempdent as the provider of choice for recruitment and training
- Drive business growth within the dental sector through targeted, consultative sales
- Develop engagement plans to generate high-quality leads and apprenticeship opportunities
- Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximise long-term value
- Demonstrate clear ROI for apprenticeships to clients
- Advise businesses on the apprenticeship levy and funding options
- Design bespoke apprenticeship delivery models
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery
- Maintain accurate CRM records and learner administration
- Represent Tempdent positively and live our values
- Proven B2B sales and account management experience
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- The ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Experience in apprenticeships, training, ideally in the dental sector
- Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN or Challenger (desirable)
- Access to a car and flexible, willing to travel nationally, and able to commit to occasional overnight stays
- 20 days annual leave (increasing with length of service plus bank holidays)
- 3 days off for Christmas closure
- Birthday day off, as a gift from us after 1 year of service
