Location: B.T.C, Station Approach, Ashley Rd, Bournemouth, BH1 4NB

Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 + KPI-based bonus

Hours: 36.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) – Permanent

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive workshops covering light and heavy vehicle topics.
  • Use interactive teaching methods including practical demonstrations, case studies, and presentations.
  • Support apprentices with personalised guidance and feedback.
  • Design and administer assessments to track learner progress.
  • Collaborate on curriculum development and create innovative learning resources.
  • Deliver MOT and Air‑Con qualifications.
  • Maintain workshop equipment and ensure a safe learning environment.
  • Support End Point Assessments as a technician.

What We Need From You:

  • MOT licence
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant vocational area (Heavy & Light Vehicles)
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths and ICT
  • Industry experience in automotive
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of apprenticeship frameworks, EPA and regulatory bodies (desirable)
  • AET, CET, PTTLS or equivalent teaching qualification (desirable)
  • TAQA, CAVA, A1 or equivalent assessor qualification (desirable)
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel
