Job Description
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with young children and wants to peruse a career in Early Years. This is a great opportunity to work in an Ofsted rated Outstanding setting and learn from an experienced and friendly team of practitioners.
You will need to be professional, caring and committed to the role and your studies. At the end of your course you will hold a level 3 in Early Years which will enable you to be recognised as a qualified member of staff in nurseries and schools. We complete extensive safeguarding checks on potential candidates before employment to ensure that they are suitable to work with children.
The successful applicant will be working in our under 2\βs room with 2 early years practitoners. They will also job share with another early years apprentice. The successful applicant will help with the daily running and routine of the under 2\βs room such as nappy changing, feeding, teeth cleaning, setting up of actvities, cleaning, effectively playing and building proffesional bonds with the children. As the succesful applicant grows in confidence and expereince they will be in charge of a small group of key childrean and will be responsible for their development by tracking their development and creating learning observations. They will also work as team to create weekly planning which will consist of learning based, fun, and engaing actvities based on childrens individual needs and interests. The successful applicant will have ample opportunties to build on their proffesional development bu completing training; both mandatory training and training that inspires the applicant. The applicant will also recieve off the job training where they will be able to complete off the job hours or course work while at the nursery.

- To liase with children\βs families
- To help create a warm, safe and fun enviroment for all children
- To complete trainig courses to aid with professional development; first aid, safeguarding, food safety, health and safety, prevent, manual handling

Training
It has an Ofsted Grade 2 Good rating and an overall achievement rate of 71.4%, exceeding the national average of 65.6%. Using a blended approach, learners are always at the forefront of our priorities. All learners are assigned a Personal Tutor who will be their main point of contact.
This involves regular catch-ups, check-in emails and calls. Your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely towards your study.
This will give you every chance to achieve the highest grade possible On completion of this 18 month apprenticeship you will have gained; Early Years Educator Level 3.

Possibility of a full time role after the completion of the apprenticeship
