Position Location: Remote* (Please note you will need be based in the U.K due to GDPR)
Salary: up to £29,000 dependent on experience
Hours: 36.5 hours a week (Monday – Friday)
Responsibilities Motivate, engage and inspire learners to achieve their qualification requirements in a timely manner
Conduct group and 1:1 delivery
Provide exceptional additional learning support as required
Collaborate with wider operational teams to ensure completion of initial diagnostic assessment
Use quality improvement approved resources to deliver impactful sessions
Role We are looking for an energised, passionate and experienced expert to join us as a remote based Additional Learning Support Coach . In this role you will support, mentor and coach neuro-diverse learners on a remote basis by encouraging and inspiring them to complete their planned learning and development tasks throughout their learning journey. You will lead on the company’s use of Cognassist and will ensure that all learners identified with a learning difficulty or disability (LDD) have bespoke support and reasonable adjustments in place to enable them to succeed. You will use your expertise to support both the tutors and employers in terms of support strategies, exam access arrangements and differentiation and will provide 1:1 support for identified learners where necessary.
Requirements Minimum of Level 2 qualification in functional skills – English & Maths
Training qualification
Assessor qualification
Experience of delivering additional learning support
Experience of teaching functional skills
Experience of managing a diverse caseload remotely
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to change
