In this role, you will be supporting Touchstone Education, an online learning platform dedicated to helping you maximise returns on your investments and achieve success. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and inspire a dynamic marketing team. This position is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the marketing mix, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering successful, on-time campaigns. You will play a crucial role in driving strategic marketing initiatives while collaborating closely with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with business objectives. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires both strategic thinking and day-to-day team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead and manage the marketing team, setting clear objectives, fostering development, and ensuring motivation. Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members to promote growth and productivity.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high standards of quality.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, content, social media, PR, and offline marketing. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and broader business goals.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor and report on marketing performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI. Use analytics to track KPIs and adjust tactics as needed for continuous improvement.
- External Agency & Supplier Management: Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers to support marketing activities and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Industry Awareness & Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies to maintain innovative and competitive marketing approaches.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar leadership role, with a strong track record of managing marketing teams.
- Expertise in the full marketing mix, including digital, content, social media, PR, and offline marketing.
- Excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong project management capabilities, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience using data to drive marketing decisions.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in a marketing role with leadership responsibilities.
- Experience managing external agencies and suppliers.
