Our client, a Property Services Contractor who deliver high quality services to clients in the social housing and local authority sector are seeking an experienced and fully qualified Domestic Plumber to join their maintenance team on a permanent basis. The work will involve working in properties mainly in and around the North Herts and Bedfordshire areas carrying out reactive maintenance.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.30pm with a 30-minute paid lunch break.
The role:
- Working in void and occupied domestic properties on a reactive maintenance programme.
- This will involve carrying out plumbing duties on domestic repairs and maintenance while offering a high standard of customer service.
Role requirements:
- Fully qualified with proven experience as a Domestic Plumber and able to provide details of work-related references.
- A minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing.
- Unvented cylinders (preferred).
- Have own tools.
- Preferably have experience of working in social housing or tenanted properties.
- Full driving license (No more than 6 points on license).
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
