Our client, a reputable building maintenance company is seeking a dedicated and highly organised Compliance Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative functions within the Retrofit and Decarbonisation project field. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to develop their career working within Energy efficiency projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Retrofit administrative support to the Decarbonisation Team monitoring the paperwork required and making lodgements on the Cotality Pashub.
- Ensure that Retrofit compliance standards, operating processes, company policies and all legislative requirements are understood, implemented and adhered to at all times.
- Undertake and complete a range of audit tasks to support the Decarbonisation Team.
- Maintain documentation systems and databases including accreditations and associated documentation in line with company and PAS2035 procedures.
- General office duties.
- Any other duties as assigned.
The suitable candidate will ideally have previous experience working within Retrofit and Decarbonisation.
